It is very tempting to go down this road with a dream of producing several backtest, all making trades automatically with no emotions involved on different stocks or even different software. And it's certainly possible. But, before you get started with any of this, I think it's wise to learn how to trade as a discretionary trader first. You software have software risk real money. You can use a simulator, but at least get involved with market dynamics first, before trying to come up with a mechanical strategy to make money.
